DeerParkPhotos.com Policies  
WARRANTY
Your
satisfaction is our foremost desire and therefore we guarantee all of our
photos to be what you wanted. If for any reason you do not wish to keep the
photos for which you paid, then please return them to us within 14 days and we
will gladly refund the purchase price of the photos. We cannot replace photos
unless you return the originals.
Occasionally shipments might get lost in the mail or
delayed for some other unforeseen reason, so please contact us and let us know
if there has been a problem. However, please wait the specified time of
approximately 10-12 working days to receive your order. They will probably
arrive more quickly than that, but we are trying to make sure that you receive
them in a reasonable time frame.
Should you have to return them to us for any reason,
then please package them (if possible) in the original packaging. We will not
be responsible for return postage.
DUPLICATES
Should you ever wish to have duplicates made of your
photos, then please contact us and we will get them to you. In cases where the
original photos are no longer on our website, then if you will send us a copy
of the original invoice so that we can look up the file name, then we can
probably find your photo. However, it is not our policy to keep photos for more
than 6 months, as it would occupy too much computer storage.
OWNERSHIP OF
PHOTOS
All photos on this website are owned by DeerParkPhotos.com and
are our sole possession. We reserve the right to add photos or remove photos at
will. Should you, however, wish for a photo of you to be removed from our
website, we will gladly comply with your wishes. DeerParkPhotos.com is only
responsible for the sale and delivery of printed photos. Should you wish to
have any originals in digital form, please contact us to make
arrangements.
